This Return Policy applies to digital evening checklist products sold by Purificationllcl through purificationllcl.world, including the Essential Evening Checklist ($34.00), Custom Rhythm Profile ($89.00), and Complete Wind-Down System ($159.00), as well as optional add-ons.
Nature of Products
Our offerings are customized digital goods created from your intake responses. Once a personalized checklist is delivered to your email or download portal, the content is tailored exclusively to you. This affects eligibility for refunds as described below.
Satisfaction and Revisions
Before requesting a refund, we encourage use of included revision benefits:
- Essential Evening Checklist: one revision round within fourteen days of delivery.
- Custom Rhythm Profile: email-based adjustments for sixty days from delivery.
- Complete Wind-Down System: quarterly review sessions during the first year as scheduled with our team.

Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within seven days of purchase if we have not yet begun checklist production. Beginning production means your intake has been reviewed and drafting has started.
Partial refunds may be considered if delivery is delayed beyond ten business days past the stated estimate without notice, or if delivered materials materially deviate from the described kit scope and cannot be corrected through revisions.
Refunds are not available after final checklist delivery except where required by applicable consumer protection law in your state.
Non-Refundable Items
Add-ons that have already been delivered, expedited processing fees, and third-party tools bundled with checklists are non-refundable once sent. Completed revision rounds do not reset refund windows.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email support@purificationllcl.world or call +16469439160 with your order date, kit name, and reason for the request. We respond within three business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days; bank processing times may vary.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to future products.
Canceled Orders
You may cancel an order before production begins for a full refund. After production starts, cancellation converts to revision support or partial credit at our discretion.
Defective Files
If files are corrupted or inaccessible, we will reissue replacements at no charge. Report technical issues within fourteen days of delivery with screenshots if possible.
Policy Changes
Purificationllcl may update this Return Policy. Orders are governed by the policy in effect at purchase unless law requires otherwise.
